It worked!!

Oh my gosh!  The diet worked!!  I can fit in the bridesmaid dress.  Best thing is I don't feel super starved.  I snack throughout the day with the items they suggested.

For day one - I ate watermelon, pineapple, and an apple for snacks.
For day two - I ate cherry tomatoes, celery, and carrots for snacks.  Dinner was soup plus a whole baked potato.  I was too full, I could only eat a quarter of it.

Crazy how this worked!

I can't wait till Saturday night, so I can get my food schedule back in order.  It's great eating healthy and all, but I feel very tempted to eat other things.

Again, this diet was only a temp fix, so I can wear the bridesmaid dress.  I'm so lucky that I can breathe again.  =)
