Yep! We're moving into lots of greenery. I'd love to keep a lot of it, but we need to be practical. It's going to take a lot to maintain this yard. Therefore, we're going to cut a lot of it down. We want to be able to see the front of our house from the street. All the trees don't allow us to do that. See those greens popping up above the roof in the last photo? That's our house too! Sadly, it's all hitting our roof which caused some damage, so we need to cut it down. The house currently has some termite damage, but luckily the bank is going to pay for the repairs and tenting. So why do we love the house? It's got everything we could ask for!
- No long hallways
- Large kitchen
- Two areas for dining, but we're converting one of the spaces into a library/relaxation room
- Three bedrooms all great sizes
- Two closets in the master
- Two closets in the 2nd bedroom
- Indoor area for the laundry
- Total of three bathrooms - one for guests, and two in private
- Open entry way into the living room
- Large backyard
- Large garage
- So much potential for an update, but also move in ready as is
It's the perfect house for us. I'll post more photos when we visit again. We took a lot of the outside because we wanted to get an idea of what trees to get rid of. This house is ready for some yard crashing LOVE!
