We were on an emotional roller coaster this weekend. I haven't been bummed in such a long time. Saturday, we went out with our realtor and found a
perfect home for us. 4 beds, great kitchen & living room layout, two closests in the master. It was
perfect. We wanted to make an offer, but we were too late. A buyer had already put an offer in on Wednesday . We kicked ourselves so hard because we knew about the place on Monday, and didn't jump on it. I haven't been on a shopping spree in a long time, so we went. Don't worry, I only spent $100 bucks. We weren't completely healed, but we realized that we shouldn't go forward with the
short sale we've been waiting on.
Sunday, we were on a mission. All those open house signs signaled so much opportunity! We drove block by block...searching. Granted they were all around 600k (totally out of our price range), we still kept looking. We tried an area were weren't considering and found it. It was the one! We arrived when the agent had already left. However, the owner was still there. He let us right in. My goodness! I felt right at home! We toured the house, and wow it really is the one. We had to make an offer right away. Called up the realtor, and signed the papers last night. *crossing fingers* they'll accept it. AHH~ I'm so nervous, excited, and caffeinated!!
Here's a couple pictures:

The owner made these arches by himself! I love it, I love it, I love it!

There's two masters in the home. This one is downstairs. The sliding door opens up to a patio we can setup in the front yard. Love to sit out there on the weekends, just relaxing reading a book.
I better start calming down because we're still not sure we're getting the house.
breathe kiddo
yes yes.. breathe!!!! *fingers and toes crossed for you!* =)
