It's been crazy excitement! I feel really good about our offer. Now we just wait. We need to see if the seller accepts our offer, then off to the bank for approval. Short sales tend to take months- like 2-5 months. Even then there's a chance the bank won't accept our offer. Hopefully we get lucky, and the process is quick.
Ideas are popping in my head already! =D
I wish I blogged about all the adventures we had. I guess it's a little too late for that. =P haha no use in dwelling on the past. Keep moving forward! (I love Meet the Robinsons!) We're definitely going to put that on our wall somewhere.
