My hands are shaking... I'm not sure if it's the caffeine or the house purchase. Argh. I was so calm yesterday. It's a big change for us. I'm excited, but I'm not sure how the market's going to turn. What to do? Small house, great everything else. Stuff is just stuff. Do I really need a bunch of stuff? My mind's seriously running millions of miles. The more I think about it, the more I think this house really is meant for us. I can see us living there for years, making it our own. The backyard is so big~ I can see us camping out in our tents back there on warm nights. Since, I'm visiting the house again today, I'll be taking pictures. I'll try to post them up tonight.
Cons - Short sale. 3 bedrooms. Small kitchen. One living room.
Pros - Ample parking. Awesome condition. New windows. Defined dining room. Two Baths. Cul-de-sac. Great price for location. In our ideal location.
Lots of pros, but does it outweigh the cons?
