Eating Fest

The past few days have been serious eating fests!  This post is supposed to make you hungry. =)

Saturday

10AM-3PM - So Phis Fashion Show at the Hilton in Anaheim.  The food was delicious.  We started off with a salad, then onto Chicken Risotto, ending in three types of cheesecake.  I didn't take many shots of the models.  They walk too fast, and I'm not too familiar on how to adjust the setting on an SLR yet.

Chocolate, white chocolate, and banana cheesecake
Dinner - We ate at Quality Seafood.  This was my first time trying Sea Urchin.  It's definitely an acquired taste.  I was weirded out because it was still moving.  We also had Ahi Poki, steamed clams, fried squid, and oysters.  Everything was delicious and super fresh.  We're definitely coming back here!  Lisa and Kevin brought us a couple macarons from Paulette.  So good!!  I can't wait to try the other 14 flavors!!

Dessert - I was looking forward to Scoops, but it was out of the way.  We saw Handel's Homemade Ice Cream close by.  I like to sample different kinds of ice cream, so we got the 4 flavors.  Definitely liked the Graham Central Station the best.

Sunday

Brunch - Jen said we should try out Bottega Louie for girl's catch up day.  Too bad she got sick and Sarah was out of town.  =/  Hanh and I went anyways, and it was super good!  =)  We got the Eggs Benedict Jen recommended.  Mm...the sauce was sooo smooth.

I loved the restaurant itself.  Super airy and when you walk in there's good vibes.  (check out the website to see what I mean.)   It's crazy how there's no action going on outside of the restaurant, but inside it's bustling.  Thanks Jen for finding the place!   Ohhh....you have to see the desserts!  I can't believe I forgot the GOOD camera!  Here's pictures from my dinky cellphone.  =P

Oh macarons!
Dinner - we ate a home cooked meal made by Doug and Michelle.  =)  I'll post those later so you can enjoy these pictures for now.

Did it work??  Are you hungry now?   I sure am!  =)
