Super Bowl Sunday / Snowboarding

I don't know anything about football, but every year I enter into the football pool at my work. Guess what? I won $200!!!! Yay!!!!! I'm going to put it straight into the bank. =) I'm saving for a house you know, and every bit helps.

Today, Doug and I woke up at 5 AM for snowboarding. We went with Hoa and Karen. Thanks Hoa for driving while we slept most of the way. =) I'm getting a bit better at carving, but still need to get over the fear of speed. I just need to gain a bit more control. The last run was probably the best I did. We only stayed for half day, which is plenty for us anyways. The crowd started coming around 11ish, and the wait for the lift was getting long. I think we'll be going again the weekend after Valentine's Day/Chinese New Year. Bear gives you $19 voucher for use on the next trip up. Yay! Can't wait to go again. =)
