Bridal Shower

Thanks everyone! The shower was really fun. I got some amazing gifts. My future family did a great job of organizing everything. I'm not sure why I'm so exhausted... I can't even begin to imagine what the wedding is going to be like. I've definitely become a scatter brain. I'm talking to one person, then a new person comes, so I stop talking to the other person. Why is that? You know, I do that a lot at other social gatherings too. Hmm...I should go to more gatherings, just to get practice at not jumping from one person to another. Am I being silly?

His groomsmen took him out to Vegas this weekend. Only details I got were, he left his ID at home, and he was buzzed at 8PM. It's going to be a looooonnng night for him.

While reading one of the wedding blogs, I stumbled upon reclaiming wife. The article is some guidance for the near future. I think it sums up what's going on thru my mind right now. Not the whole baby part, but about the chores and what-not. I'm lucky to have met someone like Doug, who helps around the house. We're a good team. =)

I also saw this article that I really liked. Wedding Graduate It had lots of great advice on planning the wedding. I'm trying to incorporate as much as possible mentally.
