We're getting married in 99 days!

White strips didn't work in a week. Doug and I split the pack, so I took 7 and he took 7. It probably would have been okay if we each did the whole pack. I think we'll be investing in another pack right before the wedding. I noticed a color difference after 4 days, but then my gums turned white. I stopped wearing it for a day. It's tough because when I quit something, it's hard for me to go back. =P

Last Saturday we went to Jaime and Lindsay's wedding. It was really fun! They gave us some ideas on what to do with our wedding. =) I'm super excited.

We met with Pastor Rick on Monday. We have completed pre-martial counseling. I'm sort of sad because it was really fun talking to him. I'm glad he's going to be performing our ceremony. We've learned a great deal from him. Anyone getting married should do pre-martial counseling beforehand. He suggested having a sand ceremony. I know Doug was excited to do this too. I have to get the final okay from my dad though. Hopefully, he's okay with it. Going to ask him tonight.

We went to Macy's to register on Tuesday. Oh man, we have 116 items on our registry. Mind you, it's mostly plates! They don't come in sets, so you have to buy each one individually. Crazy! It took us two hours, and we're still not done. We got really cute forks for "the kids." They're wooden on the bottom! =)

The rest of the week was worrying about how I'm going to look for the engagement pictures. I'm sooo nervous for pictures tomorrow. Everyone's going to see them. I'm having them enlarged. I hope they come out good. On top of that, I have to do the makeup all by myself. We're leaving at 8 AM, so I have nowhere to go to get my makeup done. I bought a colorstay lipstick by Revlon. It's been okay with not rubbing off. It doesn't taste gross either. Huge plus for me! My only comment is I bought the color too dark. I got the Bare Maximum color, and it's not me. My face is kinda tan, and I'm not used to having such dark lips. I think I'll go back to Target and get another color today.

Last night, I had the biggest scare! I thought I lost my engagement ring. I was in tears. Good thing I remembered where it was. Whew! We need to appraise it and get it insured pronto.

My PM brought in the traveler coffee from Starbucks today. It's awesome! It's coffee in a huge box for the whole office to share. I quit coffee, but the package intrigued me, so I had to give it a taste. It's so good! Oh how I miss coffeeeee!!! I'll be bringing this to parties next time. Haha

The family invitations have been sent. The friends list is pretty much complete, so we just need to address them. They'll hopefully be ready to send out by mid next week. Website is still in the works...Haven't had much time to sit in front of the laptop.
