The photographer is Doug's friend's brother, Michael. He was really cool. We sat with him for a couple of hours. He wanted to make sure our personalities matched up. I think they did. We just have to take a look at the packages he can offer us. Doug and I are hoping for a good deal. =) He even gave us a couple of ideas on how we can structure the event. We are thinking of showing our tea ceremony slideshow while everyone's having hors d' oeuvres. There's also going to be a make shift photobooth. I gave them my idea of having a laptop hook up. They went with the idea, and made it better. =D I'm excited!
The next meeting was with Maria. I've been trying to get a hold of her for awhile. She was highly recommended by Amada. We met with her a couple of hours too. She was super nice as well. Hopefully her prices will suit our budget. I gave her ideas on what I liked. She can just run with it.
We had Doug's bbq Saturday night as well. Lots of people came, which was really fun. =) Lisa made some really good Lychee Sangria. Oh man, I want some more! I think I had a full cup of it. Mmm...so good!
